Installation Meeting of the District Grand Council of Surrey -

The Meeting of the District Grand Council of Surrey will be held at Croydon & District Masonic Halls, 73 Oakfield Road, Croydon, Surrey CR0 2UX. (Masonic Car Park in Stanton Road).
UPDATED INFORMATION
Please be aware that this year’s meeting will be very special and a rare opportunity for all AMD Brethren to witness and enjoy a visit from our Most Worshipful Grand Master, Thomas Firth Jackson. Who will be supporting the Installation of our new Deputy District Grand Prefect for Surrey, Robert (Bob) G Tuthill.
The District Grand Prefect will also conduct the normal business of the District and will Invest all of his District Grand Officers of the year, before retiring for Lunch.
Please complete the Attendance and Lunch Booking Slip in Full - including any special dietary requirements and the names of any guest(s) together with Ranks and Council Name and Number and return it to me with a cheque for the Dining Fee, if applicable, by 23rd November 2018 at the latest.
The Timetable for the day of the meeting is: -
- 09:00 am - Rehearsals for all the Active District Officers, the Escort and the Investiture Carousel
- 09:30 am - Tea / Coffee, Biscuits and Bacon Rolls (at your own expense) will be available
- 10:45 am - Brethren to be seated in the Temple Promptly
- 11:00 am - INSTALLATION MEETING and Processions Commence
Followed by: -
- 12:30 pm – Special Guests Drinks Reception
- 1:00 pm – Lunch
