Visit to USA - Red Cross of Babylon

On 21st February, WBro Mike Neville flew to the USA to give a lecture on his book "Sacred Secrets - Freemasonry, The Bible & Christian Faith" to a Knights Templar convention in Massachusetts. The KT is the States is part of the York Rite and an essential qualification is to have taken the Order of the Red Cross (or Red Cross of Babylon to us).



Mike was invited to witness this ceremony in the Masonic Hall in Concord - a couple of miles from where the first shots were fired in the American War of Independence. As can be seen in the photographs, the hall is a typical New England building and the costumes used were spectacular - Hollywood standard. Whilst the costumes were very different from those used at Croydon, the ritual was very similar and could be easily recognised.
