Not only present was the District Grand Prefect R.W.Bro John French and his Deputy W.Bro Bob Tuthill, but also the Past District Grand Prefect R.W. Bro Ray Hussey, Past Deputy Grand Prefect V.W. Bro John Bryant, the District Grand Secretary W.Bro Alan Brockwell and no less than 8 active District Officers to support R. Illustrious Knight Bob Hancock and his team of officers at the Annual Meeting of the Surrey Red Cross of Constantine. A most enjoyable day at a very friendly gathering, which was made even more special by the attendance of the Grand Eusabius, The Revd Timothy John Nicholas L’Estrange who looked magnificent in his regalia.
