On the 27th July the District Grand Prefect John French accompanied by his deputy Bob Tuthill visited the District of Devon and Cornwall at Mt Edgcumbe Masonic Hall in Plymouth, it was a good to catch up with old friends at a most enjoyable meeting overseen by the District Grand Prefect of Devon and Cornwall.

R.W. Bro Anthony Vickery. After the meeting the festive board incuded strawberries and real Devon clotted cream... worth going all that way just for that.

John French inbetween Paul Snape and Mervyn Wilson from West and East Lancashire respectively (who really do travel all around the various districts) whist Geoffrey Cheshire from Hertfordshire seems to have trouble keeping up with the drinking techniques of the other District Grand Prefects

The 17th August the Deputy District Grand Prefect Bob Tuthill visited the District of East Midlands at the Derby Masonic Hall, an extremely full meeting with over 160 in attendance including the Past Grand Master MW Bro Michael Herbert. All bar one of all the Districts in England and Wales were represented at this meeting perfectly overseen by the District Grand Prefect R.W. Bro Richard Davis.
